June 10, 2006: Simorgh Cluster is Fully Functional

Simorgh Cluster is fully functional and works fine with LAM/MPI, Torque, Maui and Ganglia.

January 2006: Saying goodbye to OSCAR

We have been trying out OSCAR on our cluster for sometime but we have faced many problems (rather bugs) here and there. We have decided to compile and build the scheduling and resource mangement tools on our own system, to make the system more reliable and costomized to meet our specific needs.
