There are four major areas
of research interests I have developed during various stages of my
research career:
1.
Bond between Concrete and reinforcing bars
It includes
studies on bond in cases of normal and high strength concrete, steel and
FRP reinforcing bars.
2.
Strengthening of reinforced concrete members with Fibre Reinforced
Polymer (FRP) Sheets
The strengthening
of reinforced concrete columns, beams and Slabs are studied.
3.
Lightweight concrete
Slabs, columns and
beams made of lightweight concrete have been investigated.
4.
Modal Test
Studies on Behavior of
Reinforced Concrete Members using Modal Test.
